About

Run by someone who has already run a data center

MPM VDC is the infrastructure arm of Marietta PM. Its founder spent years managing a data center for a major bank — an environment where change control, capacity planning and restore testing are obligations with dates on them, not good intentions.

That discipline does not usually reach smaller organizations. They get a shared hosting plan, a backup agent nobody has tested, and a support queue that treats a stopped accounting system the same as a password reset.

MPM VDC exists to close that gap: documented runbooks, defined recovery objectives, verified restores and a named engineer, at a size a Georgia business or MSP can actually buy.

How we operate

Say what is actually running

The current buildout is a single dedicated host running Proxmox. We publish that rather than imply a cluster we have not built yet.

Design before provisioning

Every pod starts with a conversation about the workload and what breaks when it stops — then a layout, then hardware.

Test the restore

A backup that has never been restored is a hope. Plus and DR tiers carry scheduled drills with written results.

The stack

Open-source virtualization on enterprise dedicated hardware. No hypervisor licensing per core, no surprise renewal, no black box.
