Recovery point and recovery time figures are the targets we commit to per tier, measured on your server and excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance. Maintenance windows are published to you before the work and are not counted against the target.
Scheduled maintenance runs in an announced window with at least five business days' notice, outside your business hours wherever the work allows. Emergency security work is announced as soon as it is scheduled.
Your workload runs on dedicated enterprise hardware with ECC memory and NVMe storage, isolated per customer, with backups written to a separate encrypted, deduplicated and verified datastore.
