Common questions
- Do we have to take the self-assessment first?
- No. It is the fastest way to see where you stand, but you can request the Recovery Readiness Assessment directly.
- Is the review call required?
- No. It is optional and free. Ask for it when you get your Self-Assessment Report, or by email.
- Does the assessment commit us to buying MPM services?
- No. The report is vendor-neutral and yours to keep. You can act on it yourself, with your current provider, or through your own solicitation. A Protection Proposal comes only if you ask for one.
- How does payment work for the assessment?
- One fixed price for one purchase. Nothing is billed until the report is delivered; then pay in full or in 3 or 6 monthly payments with no interest.
MPM provides protection and recovery, not general IT management. We work alongside your IT staff and your existing IT providers.
