Microsoft 365 protects the service, not your history. Vault 365 keeps an independent copy of your mail so a deletion, a departure or a mistake three weeks ago is still recoverable — by you, from your own account, without a support queue.
No card is taken until your Microsoft 365 administrator has approved access and you have confirmed the mailbox count.

How setup works
Four steps. Approval comes before payment.
Step 1
Tell us who you are
Company, the person who administers your Microsoft 365, and the email address you want to sign in with. No card at this point.
Step 2
Approve our access in Microsoft
A Microsoft 365 Global Administrator approves once, on Microsoft's own screen. It takes under a minute and can be forwarded to whoever holds that role.
Step 3
Confirm mailboxes and pay
You confirm how many mailboxes to protect, see the monthly figure before the card is touched, and pay.
Step 4
Use your account
Sign in any time to see backups, request a recovery yourself, and manage billing.
What every plan includes
- A copy of your Microsoft 365 mail kept outside Microsoft
- Dated restore points you can pick from
- Search by subject, sender and folder before you recover anything
- Put messages back where they were, or into a dated recovery folder
- A written receipt for every recovery
Vault 365 covers Microsoft 365 mail. It does not currently cover OneDrive, SharePoint or Teams — we would rather say that plainly than imply cover we have not proven.
