One fixed price per assessment. Nothing is billed until your report is delivered, and you can pay in full or in 3 or 6 monthly payments with no interest.

· The first payment is due 30 days after the report is delivered, then monthly. Payments are equal to the cent, with any cent of rounding on the last one.
· Payment plans are a schedule for one purchase: the full price is the purchase amount for your procurement rules.
· The assessment fee is credited in full toward the first year of service if you sign within 90 days of the report.

What happens after your report

The report is yours. Use it to budget, to brief leadership, or to write your own solicitation. Nothing else is required.

You decide
Act on the report with your own staff, your current provider or a solicitation. The report names no product or provider, so your agency stays free to choose.
Step 4 · Protection Proposal
Only if you ask: a separate MPM proposal for Vault, MPM 365 Backup, Vault Edge and the Recovery Pod, sized from the assessment.
Fee credit
If you sign within 90 days of the report, the assessment fee is credited in full toward your first year of service.

Buying from MPM

Formal solicitations: we respond to RFPs and bids posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry and local portals. Small purchases: entry services and small-government packages are sized for informal procurement. Terms: annual service terms with optional renewals, fixed pricing per tier, and capacity adjustments confirmed after the assessment.
